Otherwise, we can arrange for you to collect your order on the delivery date you chose (subject to availability).
Standard delivery dates/times
Our standard delivery dates/times are listed below and apply to all of our grazing collections unless stated otherwise (exceptions include celebration grazing products such as Mother's Day etc. and some of our small gift collections/platter/bespoke/bulk orders.
When we deliver your item(s), please stay inside your home until we knock on the door/ring the doorbell. This will give us time to place the parcel at your front door and to step back 2 meters. You can then collect your item(s) from the doorstep.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
We cannot be responsible for packages left at the delivery address/with a neighbour (if neighbour is in) if the recipient is not in. Please also take into consideration that our products are perishables and should be places in the fridge as soon as they are delivered to they are safe to eat. Therefore, please make sure you or someone is home to accept the delivery.
If you are ordering a product as a gift, the above still applies. Please ensure you notify the recipient of the delivery date and time window.

If you this you might be late for your collection time slot, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may need to reschedule as we might need to leave the collection address to fulfil delivery bookings or to keep to government guidelines (in reference to social distancing and other customers).
