Delivery Policy

About delivery and collection.

Delivery is available to the following postcodes;

~ S41, S42, S43, S44, S45

~ NG6, NG15, NG16, NG17, NG18, NG19, NG20, NG21

~ DE5, DE55, DE75

If your delivery postcode is not listed above but is within close proximity, please get in touch to discuss further before ordering.

Collection is from NG17. We will contact you with regards to a collection time slot and further details after ordering.

If you think you might be late for your collection time slot, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may need to reschedule, as we might need to leave the collection address, to fulfil delivery bookings.

Cost of delivery and collection.

Find out the most up to date delivery cost for the above postcodes on our graze shop. Select the 'delivery/collection' drop down.

 

If you choose the NG17 option but your delivery postcode is not NG17, we will contact you kindly asking for payment of the delivery charge. Otherwise, we can arrange for you to collect your order on the delivery date you chose (subject to availability).

Collections are free.

Standard delivery and collection dates/times.

Our standard delivery and collection dates/times are listed below and apply to all of our grazing collections unless stated otherwise (such as Christmas etc.).

 

Delivery:

Saturdays 10:00am-1:00pm

Collection:

2:00pm - 5:30pm on Fridays

8:30am - 9:30am on Saturdays

Contactless delivery.

As Covid-19 restrictions begin to relax, we are still taking precautions to ensure all our customer feel safe when we deliver. We will continue to hand sanitise and wear a mask until advised otherwise.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Please make sure you or someone is home to accept your delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages left at the delivery address/with a neighbour (if a neighbour is home) if the recipient is not in.

 

Please take into consideration that our products are perishable and should be placed in the fridge as soon as they are delivered so they are safe to eat.

If you are ordering a product as a gift, please ensure you notify the recipient of the delivery date and time window.

Cancellations.

Please read the most to to date cancellation information on each product listing before purchasing or refer to your payment request/confirmation documents if you have ordered via email enquiry.
